BCH400 chili powder grinding line for our SRI LANKA client has been completed

After our Sri Lanka client visited our factory for spice cleaning, crushing and grinding machine. They planed to install one whole production line by manual operation connection of each machine and with dust collector and smell scrubber control. Required capacity 400kg/h at 50 mesh. Each main machine has been make demonstration for them , and they are satisfied with the machines. The BCH400 chilipowder making line has been completed. We will arrange the immediate shipment of this order.

BCH series chili powder grinding machine is the patent machinery, by adopting the roller milling type producing spice powder. It can be applied to many less oily spices, such as ginger, garlic, pepper, fennel, cumin, turmeric. By roller squeezing, instead of blade crush, it can keep material natural smell and color, which are the most attractive points to customers. Another advantage of BCH series is that the milling machine will run properly regardless of whether the seeds and stems of hot chili pepper removing or not.

Newly updated grinder is more convenient for client to use. The new type grinder with full stainless steel material could be up to the food standards. A material level sensor is added to the red chili grinder, which makes the feeding systems running automatically and prevents the screw auger feeder from plugging. BCH-200 chili grinder can customize different configuration for hot chili powder processing line, including conveyor, dry cleaning machine, buffer silo, magnetic separator, cyclone collector, dust collector, etc.

It can process the Pepper, Chili ,dry grain (Rice, Corn, Seeds, Wheat, etc.), Nuts, Almond, Beans, cocoa beans, coffee beans.

The fineness can be adjusted through change different sieves (20/40/60/ 80/100/ 120/200 meshes).
